Therapy requires that each person be acknowledged with dignity and respect. I believe each person is complex and unique in their own right. Facing emotional challenges and looking for meaning in painful situations can be productive and scary at the same time. I have an honest and compassionate heart that encourages growth, leading to a fulfilled life.
