Meet Our Team
Christy attended Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Nursing in 2003. She worked as a labor and delivery nurse for 8 years. She earned a Master’s degree in Social Work in 2009 also from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. Read more.
Karen Minnis, MA, LMFT is a licensed marriage family therapist. Karen recalls grad school orientation and chuckles at her initial reaction to being told that much of her higher education would be learning about herself and her own issues. She thought she knew herself and had worked through her issues. Now here she is, years later, in therapy herself and loving it! Read more
Jasleen received her Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She completed her undergraduate coursework at The University of Texas at Dallas where she double majored in Psychology and Child Learning & Development. Jasleen has experience working with children, adolescents, families, couples as well as individuals. Read more
Danielle graduated in May 2017, with Master’s degree in Social Work, from the Indiana University School of Social Work after interning at Healing Hearts of Indy for a year. She earned her undergraduate degree from Ball State University in 2007 with a Bachelor’s in Arts, and enjoyed a career in the arts as a professional ballroom dance instructor and performer for seven years.
