Dawn received her Master of Social Work degree from the IU School of Social Work. She has spent the last 17 years working in social services supporting adults and children with chronic and life-threatening conditions, mental illness, and grief. Dawn walks alongside her clients, empowering them on their journeys toward growth and healing.

She believes in the infinite capacity for change within each of us. Dawn is deeply committed to addressing childhood trauma and grief, passionately supporting survivors in forging their own paths. She understands the unique challenges that illness and disability present, having survived a chronic illness and living with a disability. This personal experience fuels her compassion and insight in supporting clients facing similar struggles. Her trauma-informed approaches are holistic, embracing and integrating clients’ cultural backgrounds, lifestyles, wellness practices, and spiritual beliefs. LGBTQIA+ aligned, Dawn cultivates a warm, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings freely. Her therapeutic methodology merges Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, mindfulness-based practices, family systems theory, and companioning grief.

Dawn has openings for children aged 5 and up as well as adults. In her spare time, she loves writing, going on adventures, and laughing with her friends and family.
