Nevaeh Suddarth, MSW Intern
Nevaeh Suddarth is a Master of Social Work (MSW) intern with a strong academic and clinical foundation in psychological care. She earned her Bachelors in Psychology from Indiana University, where her involvement on an IU clinical research team strengthened her understanding of evidence-based practice, assessment, and ethically informed clinical decision-making. Nevaeh is currently completing her Master of Social Work degree at Indiana Wesleyan University and has been at Healing Hearts of Indy for the past year.
Nevaeh has experience working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, addiction, relational distress, and the emotional impact of infidelity within intimate relationships. She has also worked with concerns related to body image, childhood trauma, low self-esteem, and relationship challenges. Her approach is client-centered and holistic, guided by her core values of supporting the mind, body, and spirit.
In her work with clients, Nevaeh integrates elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to support insight, emotional regulation, and meaningful behavior change. She is passionate about helping clients understand and reshape patterns rooted in past experiences, with the goal of strengthening the nervous system and fostering new, healthier ways of thinking, feeling, and responding. Nevaeh believes that with intentional support, individuals can “re-wire” learned patterns from the past and move toward a new life.
