Kat Hagen, MS, MFT
Kat received her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University, and completed her undergraduate work at Indiana State University. She is experienced in working with family systems, substance use and addiction, and individuals who have experienced sexual trauma.
Kat enjoys partnering with her clients in the process of discovery so that they can understand how their story impacts their present-day thoughts, decisions, and relationships. In her work, Kat is most passionate about helping individuals who have experienced trauma/ sexual trauma and the ongoing influence that such events have on a person. She is passionate about couple work revolving around intimacy, co-dependency, anxiety, depression, and blended families. Kat believes that an individual can experience true freedom regardless of what their life experience has been, and she enjoys seeing her clients awaken to their truth in the therapeutic process. Kat lives for the sun and enjoys being in the outdoors hiking, kayaking, and swimming.
